.My experience:

Over ten years as a headteacher of two contrasting primary schools,

My first school was graded as ‘Inadequate’ by the Local Authority as I took up post with progress in Key Stage 2 SATS on the 98th percentile.  We achieved 91% level 4 the following year and an Ofsted Grade of ‘Good’ eighteen months later

Led my second school to Ofsted grade of ‘Outstanding’ in February 2013.

Both schools achieved ‘Outstanding’ in SIAS under my leadership.

2014-2016, I was a National Leader of Education heading up a National Support School with a proven track record of supporting the development of school leaders and school effectiveness across a number of primary schools.

Consultant for the Sevenoaks Partnership of twenty-eight primary schools

Working with Kaizen Teaching School Alliance to develop initial teacher training and leadership in local primary schools

Facilitator with the Church of England Foundation for Educational Leadership (2.5 days a week)
